First, create a folder somewhere in their ecosystem where all these lists can live. The reason we do this in lists rather than reports or views is so that they can get used to segmenting their database.

Marketable Contacts Add filter where Marketing Contact Status = “Marketing Contact” OR if on old Enterprise deal, it matches contact count
Reachable Contacts [Marketing Contact Status = “Marketing Contact” AND “Unsubscribed from all email” = “False”] OR [Marketing Contact Status = “Marketing Contact” AND “Unsubscribed from all email” = “Unknown”]
Unsubscribed Contacts Contacts tab, add filter where “Unsubscribed from all email” = “True”
Hard Bounces “Marketing emails bounced” is known
Opened Email Last 30 Days Last marketing email open date is less than 30 days ago
Opened Email Last 60 Days Last marketing email open date is less than 60 days ago
Opened Email Last 120 Days Last marketing email open date is less than 120 days ago
Opened Email Last 180 Days Last marketing email open date is less than 180 days ago
